1. Ring inside diameter:

To determine the easiest method, your ring size, is to measure a suitable ring.
 
If you are already in the possession of a well seated ring, already achieve a good measuring result if you measure the diameter of hand. Lay the ring simply on a ruler or dimension tape. Determine the inside diameter in millimetre and already you have your individual ring size.
 
2. Ring inside extent / finger extent

The finger extent (=Ringinnenumfang) as a measure to the ring dimensions regulation is by far more exact than the measure of the inside diameter.
 
To determine a very exact ring size without available ring, measure please with a string the extent of your finger here in which you would like to carry the ring.
